Yes, absolutely. All our AirPods Max are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized Apple distributors. Each unit comes with original packaging, documentation, and full manufacturer warranty.
What colors are available?
We offer AirPods Max in all five original colors: Sky Blue, Green, Space Gray, Pink, and Silver. Availability may vary, so please check our product page for current stock.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days within the United Kingdom. Next day delivery is available if you order before 2PM. Saturday delivery is also available for orders placed before 2PM on Friday.
What is your return policy?
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days to return items. We extend this to 30 days for your convenience. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. We provide a free returns label. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for complete details.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland and overseas?
Currently, we ship within England, Scotland, and Wales only. We're working on expanding our delivery options to Northern Ireland and international destinations in the near future.

Is there a warranty?
Yes, all AirPods Max come with Apple's standard one-year limited warranty. Extended warranty options through AppleCare+ are also available at purchase.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your parcel in real-time through Royal Mail or DPD.
