UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days - FREE
- Next Day Delivery: Order before 2PM - ÂŁ5.99
- Saturday Delivery: Order before 2PM Friday - ÂŁ6.99
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email including tracking information via Royal Mail or DPD.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly through the carrier’s website. If you need assistance, please contact us at mailto:[email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.
Return Policy
14-Day Returns
In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery and a further 14 days to return the item.
- • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- • Customers may inspect the product as they would in a retail environment.
- • Excessive handling beyond this may result in a deduction from the refund.
- • Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned.
- • Products must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or tampering.
How to Return

- Receive your return authorization number (RMA)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package to the return address provided in your RMA email
Apple Device Preparation (Important)
Before returning your AirPods Max, please ensure:- The device has been removed from your Apple ID.
- “Find My” has been disabled
- The device has been reset to factory settings
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days of receipt or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
As each product is individually refurbished and unique, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different colour or replacement, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] and include clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate, including return shipping costs for verified faults.
All products are carefully inspected before shipping and are fully insured during transit.
