What's Not Covered

The seller warranty does not cover damage or faults resulting from:

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Step 1: Contact Support

Step 2: Initial Assessment

We may request photos or video evidence and guide you through troubleshooting steps to determine the nature of the fault.

Step 3: Return Instructions

If a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Where a fault is confirmed, return shipping costs will be covered in accordance with UK consumer law.

Repair or Replacement
