Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

• Refurbished products may show signs of prior use consistent with their stated condition.

• We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions before dispatch.

Pricing and Payment

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability.
• Errors in product or pricing information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Credit or payment issues.

Orders may be cancelled by contacting customer service within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Delivery & Risk

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you (or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods), not when they are handed to the carrier.This does not affect your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returns & Refunds

Returns will be assessed in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

Warranty & Consumer Rights

Refurbished products may include a limited warranty as specified on the product page. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability under applicable law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant product.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MaxFix Store or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Refurbished Products

Refurbished products sold by MaxFix Store are pre-owned items that have been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working condition.

Cosmetic condition may vary and may show minor signs of prior use, consistent with the condition grade stated on the product page.

By purchasing a refurbished product, you acknowledge and accept that the item is not brand new and may display cosmetic wear as described.

Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, we reserve the right to carry out fraud prevention and identity verification checks prior to dispatching goods.

Orders that are flagged as potentially fraudulent or suspicious may be delayed, cancelled, or refunded at our discretion. We may contact you to request additional information to verify your identity or payment details before proceeding with dispatch.

Prohibited Uses
